North Penn Performance™ ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Longivica Pro™ mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information and is designed to help you understand your rights and choices regarding your data when using Longivica Pro.

Longivica Pro is a longevity and wellness assessment tool designed for use by healthcare professionals, exercise physiologists, stretch specialists, and other qualified practitioners to conduct strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular assessments for their clients.

2. On-Device Data Storage

Longivica Pro operates on an on-device, user-controlled data model. This means:

• All health assessment data, biological age calculations, client records, and assessment results are stored exclusively on your device.
• North Penn Performance does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your clients' personal health information or assessment data.
• Your data remains entirely under your control at all times.
• If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

This approach ensures that sensitive health and wellness data remains private and under the sole control of the practitioner and their clients.

3. Data Encryption

All data stored locally on your device is protected using AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) encryption. AES-256 is a military-grade encryption standard that ensures your assessment data, client records, and generated reports are secured against unauthorized access, even if your device is lost or stolen.

Additionally, the App utilizes device-level security features including PIN and biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) to provide an additional layer of protection before data can be accessed within the App.

4. Third-Party Service Integrations

Longivica Pro integrates with the following third-party services. These services are activated only when you explicitly choose to use them:

4.1 SR Fax (Fax Integration)

When you choose to fax a report (such as an assessment summary, AI Smart Insights report, or physician referral) to a healthcare provider, the App uses SR Fax to transmit that document.

• Fax transmission is initiated only by your explicit action.
• The document content passes through SR Fax's secure transmission infrastructure solely for delivery purposes.
• North Penn Performance does not retain copies of faxed documents.
• SR Fax's own privacy practices govern their handling of transmitted data during the delivery process.

4.2 Twilio (SMS & Communication)

When you choose to send SMS notifications or communications (such as appointment reminders or report delivery notifications), the App uses Twilio's communication platform.

• SMS messages are sent only when you explicitly initiate the action.
• Message content passes through Twilio's infrastructure solely for delivery purposes.
• North Penn Performance does not store or have access to the content of messages sent via Twilio.
• Twilio's own privacy policy governs their handling of message data during transmission.

4.3 AI Smart Insights

The App includes AI-powered smart insights for generating clinical recommendations and report summaries. AI processing is performed locally on-device where possible. When cloud-based AI processing is required, data is transmitted using end-to-end encryption and is not retained after processing is complete.

5. Data You Control

The following types of data may be stored locally on your device through your use of the App:

• Client assessment results (strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular metrics)
• Biological age calculations and longevity scores
• Generated reports and AI Smart Insights
• Client demographic information you choose to enter
• Assessment history and progress tracking data
• Practitioner profile and preferences

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device and is fully under your control. You may delete any or all data at any time through the App's settings.

6. Information We May Collect

While we do not collect health or assessment data, we may collect minimal information necessary for App functionality:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we may store your name, email address, and professional credentials for license verification purposes.
• App Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as which features are used most frequently) to improve the App. These analytics contain no personal health information or client data.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash and error reports to help us maintain App stability. These contain no personal or health data.

7. Data Sharing

North Penn Performance does not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your clients' health data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only transmitted to third-party services (SR Fax, Twilio) when you explicitly initiate a sharing action, and solely for the purpose of completing that action.

8. Your Rights

Because your data is stored on-device, you maintain full control at all times. You have the right to:

• Access all data stored within the App at any time
• Export your data in standard formats
• Delete any or all data through the App's settings
• Uninstall the App to permanently remove all locally stored data

Longivica Pro is designed for use by qualified healthcare professionals and practitioners. The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is designed for professional clinical use.
